Bestos for life

The weather was just so good we couldn't pass it up, so we decided to go to the park and play on the bridge. We all had fun making jokes, and playing lil games such as "who can blow the pebble the closest to the edge of the railing without blowing it off the edge".... yeah its a long name for our new game but we are in the process of making up a shorter name.
We just had so much fun all being best friends. Its great to know that I (Jared) am going to marry my best friend! I mean I love Jenni so so much but it was fun to just play around like kids instead of being a grown up couple. Dont get me wrong I stinken love Jenni and cant wait to marry her.

Festival of Colors

After a fun, relaxing Friday night with Jared's family we decided to be crazy on Saturday. Jared and I met up with Beth for some good old bonding time. Saturday morning we went to breakfast and played in a park before picking up Beth's friend Isaac and driving down to Spanish Fork for the Holi Festival. Who would have thought that throwing colored chalk at people would be so much fun? The only down-side to the day was getting chalk EVERYWHERE. It was definitely worth it though. Now Jared and I don't feel like such a lame engaged couple.


We are such a good looking couple its ridiculous.

The start of the blog

Since being in grad school and planning a wedding are quite a big deal I decided that the easiest way to keep everyone up to date on all the excitement in my life is through a blog.
